Located at the corner of Quarrier and Hale Streets, Art Emporium offers a more unique and artistic atmosphere for our customers.
We continue to focus on having the biggest and best selection of custom frames in the Valley, while still taking on the most unique of challenges that have become our trademark. Over the past couple of years we have added state of the art framing equipment so that we can continue to meet the challenges.
In addition to the expanded store space, Art Emporium offers an art gallery in the upstairs mezzanine with exciting new artists that show a variety of media, such as Oils , Watercolors Acrylics, and of course, local photography.The monthly showing of these artists give our customers the opportunity to see a refreshing new view West Virginian artisians. We are always adding new Hand crafted West Virginian products such as, pottery, jewelry and, glassware. At Art Emporium, our customers will find the newest Artists to come onto the Charleston art scene.
On the main floor, Art Emporium still continues to carry a full line of artist supplies with everything for the beginner as well as for the professional. As always we carry some of the most unique and exciting children's products that encourage learning and creativity for our younger customers.

Art Emporium has recently acquired the adjoining space to our Quarrier St Location. The new Gallery is approximately 2000 sq feet of open space with high ceilings and long walls that will allow us to showcase all types of art, with unlimited possibilities .The new space also will have an additional 20 feet of windows that will give passersby an opportunity to see even more art on Quarrier St. The expanded storefront will give our artists greater visibility and exposure while bringing more natural light to the gallery.
Our goal is to continue to offer our customers a down to earth gallery atmosphere that features a wide variety of West Virginian artisans, and their art at affordable prices . We would also like to continue to show our commitment to local artists , by giving them a venue to present their art in an environment that encourages growth and success. To any interested artists ,We will be making the back room of the gallery available (1,000 square feet), for use as a classroom or workshop area.
